The project You(th) ReACT will include two main activities

1. Training in Georgia in May 2020

2. Training in Germany in August 2020

The project involves following countries: Georgia (5), Ukraine (5), Armenia (5), Azerbaijan (5), Germany (5), Italy (4), Spain (4) and Cyprus (4).

In order to fulfil our objectives, we will organise 2 transnational activities:

1- „YOU(th)Re(ACT)!“ a 5-day training dedicated to youth workers/leaders and young people with fewer opportunities in Tbilisi, Georgia.

2. „YOU(th)Re(ACT) 2!“ – a 5 day seminar dedicated to non violent activism and to use it as an alternative way of youth participation – in Hanover, Germany.

The training course will directly involve 37 youth, youth workers and develop the competences of these youth workers working with vulnerable young people in non-violent activism for the recognition and valorisation of their participation in European society. We consider « vulnerable » people who are excluded, discriminated or their opportunities are limited because of their economical/geographical/social situation, physical appearance, mental condition, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, religion, educational background etc. All of our participants to this training course will be young people with fewer opportunities.

Local phases will be organised at local level within each of the partner organisation for the preparation and implementation of a local initiative in collaboration between youth workers/youth organisations, young people coming from vulnerable groups and at least one stakeholder from the local community.

Paticipants requirements:

Experience as an active youth worker and able to communicate in English

The age of participants for activity 1 and 2 – training is 18 +; there won’t be an age limit.
